They informed me that it is illegal for anyone other than a registerd charity to run a 'lottery' I am in the process of obtaining a solicitor to look in to this and will be contacting certain charities to see how I can link up with them to our mutual benefit.<br> I think raffling a property is an excellant idea as long as its entered in to with eyes open and a possitive attitude and a fail safe is built into the plan.<br> I would like to know (if you are happy to tell me) how one gets the necessary license, or what needs to be done to continue legally without one.<br> I am certainly glad I found this site as I think as a self help group this is quite powerful.
